Wakeru Fountain of Hope

Bringing Clean Water and Renewed Hope to Wakeru Village, Kenya

Access to clean water is something many of us take for granted, yet for thousands of families around the world, it remains a daily challenge. In Wakeru Village, Kenya, more than 1,500 residents depend on a community water system that provides safe and reliable access to clean water for drinking, cooking, and everyday living.

Through the Wakeru Fountain of Hope project, Infinity Hope is helping ensure that families have access to this essential resource while creating healthier and more sustainable futures for generations to come.

The Need For Clean Water

For many families in Wakeru Village, obtaining safe water has been an ongoing struggle. Without reliable access to clean water, communities face increased health risks, limited educational opportunities, and daily hardships that affect overall quality of life.
Clean water is more than a necessity—it is the foundation for healthier families, stronger communities, and brighter futures.

A Community Water House Making A Difference

To address this need, a water house was built in Wakeru Village where clean water transported from the city is stored in large tanks and distributed through accessible community faucets.

This simple yet life-changing system allows residents to collect safe water close to home, reducing health risks and providing greater convenience for families throughout the community.

Today, this project serves more than 1,500 people and continues to make a meaningful difference every day.
